As part of its preparation for the distribution of the permanent voter's cards in Lagos State, which starts from the 7th of Nov 2014, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) held a press briefing today at its office in Lagos. At the briefing, the Lagos State Resident Electoral Commissioner Adekunle Ogunmola outlined how the registration process would take place in Lagos.
