The Ikeja branch of the Nigeria Bar Association has raised serious concerns over the state of emergency declared by President Goodluck Jonathan. Its chairman, Onyekachi Ubani, addressed a press conference in Lagos where he said the measure does not go the full gamut by suspending the governors of the three affected states.
