** Make sure you have your ANNOTATIONS ON ** Here is a quick version (under 3 minutes) explaining how I make fluffy and tasty scrambled eggs. My Secrets are: 1 tsp of milk per large egg AND 1/4 tsp of salt for every 3 eggs (1 tsp salt per dozen large eggs)
