Carnaissal tooth abscess under minimal gas anaesthesia as this old dog has heart disease. The owner is most worried about the dog dying on the op table under anesthesia. . More anaesthetic gas by mask is given when the dog starts to wake up. This approach is time consuming but the dog is alive at the end of the surgery. That is what matters to the lady owner.
