Ever wonder how experts become experts? For tech expert Jennifer Jolly, it happened when she answered a random Craigslist ad. Jolly was a single mom working as a TV reporter in San Francisco when she had her "take this job and shove it moment" after struggling to take care of her daughter while meeting work obligations. So, she quit and turned to Craigslist looking for a new career. She got a job as a media trainer for an unknown tech startup. That company turned out to be YouTube and the rest is history. In this Dying To Ask, Jolly reveals how she faked it till she made it as tech expert, her love/hate relationship with social media and how she got a side hustle as a NY Times columnist!
