A man has been ticketed in Georgia for eating while driving. Madison Turner of Alabama ordered a cheeseburger at a McDonald’s north of Atlanta last week. He says an officer followed him for two miles before pulling him over. The ticket apparently draws on the state’s vague law against driving while distracted. Turner plans to fight the citation in court February 3rd.
