In crime news, a mistrial has been declared in a local child molestation case.
Police testified that Alvin Moses had confessed to molesting a 15-year-old girl four years ago when he was arrested. But when the evidence was presented, witnesses contradicted police.
The case then rested on the testimony of a mother and her two daughters, who all said they were victims of Moses.
But the girls couldn't remember many details and several jurors concluded that Moses didn't do it and the evidence was fabricated.
Moses will either be offered a plea deal or the case will be given to a new jury.
