Mayor Bernard Wagner Says Staff Members Will Be Paid Subsistence

While that matter, according to Mayor Bernard Wagner, has been resolved, there are several outstanding issues. Mayor Wagner says that during the second meeting the staff raised additional concerns, all of which the Council discussed with them. He says that these issues, which stem as far back as six years, were never resolved by the previous Council.
