An angry cat. The cat had a painful tail and so hissed at everyone in self-defence. Sedation permitted tail hair cutting and healing. No tail complaint from the owner since treatment one month ago. The male cat had one undescended testicle which was removed when located but it was difficult to find it as it disappeared into the inguinal canal when the cat was upside down. Patience is needed and I showed my assistant Naing and Dr Daniel where it was. Dr Daniel neutered this cat. The owner did not want neutering by assessing the abdomen through an incision for the testicle, if the undescended testicle was not palpated.
