Journalist based in Aleppo Provides his Latest Updates From Syria

US Journalist and Humanitarian Bilal Abdul Kareem has been providing video accounts from the ground of the besieged territories in Aleppo in Syria and he was speaking via live video link at an event in London on Friday 30th December.

His accounts have had much press coverage and have also been met with much criticisms, however as part of an independent news network calling themselves OGN, he has provided strong Journalism content and commentary.

Only this week in a social media update he has said that he and his coolleagues at OGN have managed to leave the besieged territories and are in a safer destination.

His live video account also calls on Non-Muslims in addition to Muslims around the world to show support and take peaceful actions to make a difference to the many communities who are and have been affected by the civil and armed conflict in the regions.
