One of the last Norfolk Southern freight trains to run on this branch line. Local freight train making weekly visit to Mt Oreb Ohio 7-24-13. 5:30 pm. Norfolk Southern is about to exit this historic railroad line from Cincinnati to Portsmouth, Ohio. The final NS train went west through here on April 25, 2014. After this section was closed for almost 11 months, a new railroad startup reopened this branch while leasing it from Norfolk Southern. Cincinnati East Terminal Railway CCET is the new operator. This railroad branch is known as the Peavine Line. I just brought this video back September 12, 2019 from the private files with only 475 views. I guess its good enough for public viewing
