This ex Norfolk & Western coal line is about to be abandoned by Norfolk Southern Railroad. 611 Steam locomotive use to run this 105 mile branch every year until 1994. I rode the 611 on two different round trips on this railroad branch. Westbound at Mt Oreb Ohio 8-8-13 3:27pm. Through trains stopped running on this line in 2003. Then in April of 2014, part of the line was leased to Cincinnati East Terminal Railway CCET. CCET later changed their name to Cincinnati Eastern Railroad. This is a rare video!
