The abandoned boat was identified as the Sierra Leone-registered Ezadeen with 450 migrants on board. It was floating 65km off southeastern tip of Italy, France 24 reported. One of the migrants on board managed to sent out a distress call, reporting that the crew members of the ship were missing, according to the BBC.
