Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh, has accused the Caroni East MP, Dr. Tim Gopeesingh, of asking for favours back in September 2015, when Mr. Deyalsingh was recently appointed Minister of Health. The disclosure came during Minister Deyalsingh's contribution to the Budget debate in the House of Representatives on Monday morning. Minister Deyalsingh said the Opposition has no moral standing to speak about the current health sector, and provided evidence to justify his statements.
