GARDENA - Police are talking with a UPS driver about what he witnessed in the incident. It is believed that someone was running across Artesia BLVD and was struck by a young lady in a black Prius. Artesia BLVD is always busy with fast traffic and police are investigating why the victim did not use the pedestrian crosswalk. An investigation is ingoing at this time.
