To save time in making the blade for my ceiling fan motor , I used my saw table to make this 4' blade using Dan Rojas' video as a guide. He cut the blade at 20 degrees. I chose a 15 degree cut and I tried to make the blade into a more aerodynamic (airfoil) shape as shown by Muddy. I did not make the blade twist at the tip so it won't be as efficient as Muddy's blade. The table saw is a dangerous tool so be extra careful not to hurt yourself.
