Baked Hasselback Potatoes Ingredients: 4 - medium sized potatoes, peeled 1/2 cup - butter, melted 1/2 tsp. - salt 1/4 cup - breadcrumbs 1/4 cup - parmesan cheese Directions: Wash and peel potatoes, sliced at 1/8" intervals without slicing completely through the potato. Arrange potatoes in a 12" camp oven and drizzle with butter and salt. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes. Add remaining butter and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Continue baking for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!
