ScIQ is the science channel for The Young Turks Network, so naturally we wanted to get into the Presidential debate, to reaveal the most anti-science candidate of all! 

RICK PERRY 
This Texan Governor is a climate change skeptic, and has accused scientists of manipulating data.  Yet, there's satellite imagery clearly showing ice caps melting over time, pretty hard to manipulate THAT Gov Perry!

Rick Perry also believes in Intelligent design and in 2010 said he believes it should be taught to all school children “alongside the theories of evolution.”. Ahem - There is only one 'Theory of Evolution' matey.  

DONALD TRUMP
Donald trump is a SciQ favorite – we dedicated a whole video to the science behind his popularity. Our Don gets his place on the list for trying to block doctors who went to Ebola infected countries from returning to their home in the US 
He also claims he knows at least two children who have become autistic after being vaccinated, despite the fact that the link between vaccinations and autism has been thoughly and repeadely disproven. 
And he thinks cold weather disproves climate change. 


MARCO RUBIO...
...Is my favourite – despite being the chair of the senate subcommittee National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration – the main body that measured the qualities of the air and water, he’s used the phrase “I’m not a scientisit” to pleed ignotance on everything from evolution to climate change. 
In 2014, Rubio said  “I do not believe that human activity is causing these dramatic changes to our climate the way these scientists are portraying it,” 

But not everyone on the list is a Republicans 
BERNIE SANDERS, who once said that female orgasms were the secret to avoid cervical cancer, Tried to pass an amendment to allow the forced labeling of genetically modified foods.  Sanders said “We just don’t know all that much about genetically modified food” against the advice of the American Medical Association advice.
