Tense- an introduction
           Tense in grammar is a guide line for making sentences. Tenses means not tension. Tenses is a concept which allows us to express our thoughts about occurrence of an action with reference to time. Tense is a design or an architecture of a sentence based on action and time frame. There are 12 tenses they are

1. Simple present
2. Simple past
3. Simple future
4. Present continuous
5. Past continuous
6. Future continuous
7. present perfect
8. past perfect
9. Future perfect
10. Present perfect continuous
11. past perfect continuous
12. future perfect continuous.


In the modern grammar we are not using future perfect tense and future perfect continuous tense.
The video give us an idea of active and passive sentences also. Please follow the videos on tenses for making English easy.
