Running the Rosemary Ainslie circuit at 12.79 kHz and 21.46 percent duty cycle with a 1 ohm resistor, dropping in and out of oscillation switches a mains touch lamp on and off from seven to eight feet away with no connection to it. The same setting is reported to repeatedly reset a computer across the room. The frequency window is narrow, within a couple of hundred hertz, and is described on camera as specific to this setup rather than something that will reproduce elsewhere.
