Mugcake - the delicious and simple to make individual chocolate cake produced in 5 minutes in a coffee mug (hence the name) in the microwave. What you'll need: 4 tablespoons self-raising flour 4 tablespoons white sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 egg 3 tablespoons skim milk 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (I use olive oil) Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, combine well - use a fork it helps (really!). Microwave for about 3 minutes. Remove from coffee mug carefully and consume. http://bit.ly/ZOMGCake
