The heat exchanger is used to provide hot water in cold month for buildings. Though some are used in mild and even warm month in buildings that use variable volume (VAV) or constant volume (CAV) type system they are primarily used in winter month and in between seasons. Today we will talk about the steam heat exchanger as this is often used in areas where steam is readily available.
