A list of at least 10 questions but no more than 20 questions can be a big help, especially when making a decision about which contractors you should hire. Be careful creating long lists, because these questions could take a lot of your valuable time and your contractors to answer. Don't get carried away asking too many questions to contractors that haven't given you an estimate yet.
