Congrats to Beth for defending herself against predators in Washington and getting bogus charges tossed out. The info I have is Beth filed the motion to dismiss and discovery request and the prosecutor filed the next day to dismiss. She was puzzled at the reason given as the two issues don't seem related in anyway. What the domestic dispute has to do with the alleged code violation is a mystery.
