Libya's neighbours have gathered in Algeria to support the implementation of a fragile peace agreement in the war-torn country. Representatives from Egypt, Tunisia, Sudan, Niger, Chad are in attendance. They're joined by the UN envoy to Libya -- and the country's rival leaders, Fayez Seraj and Khalifa Haftar. This comes after rival Libyan camps had a breakthrough in Abu Dhabi last week, ending a 16-month standoff that has undermined diplomatic efforts to unify the North African country that has been plagued by factional fighting.
