Khajoor Ka Jal Jeera | Jal Jeera Recipe | Dates Recipe | Summer Drink Recipe By Fusion Kitchen 

In this video we have shared very delicious and refreshing khajoor or dates jal jeera. This is very different in taste than from other regular jal jeera and it is very easy to make. As you know that dates are very healthy to eat so we have combined them with some spices, mint leaves, and chilled water to make this drink. You can serve this to your guests as appetizer and also you make this drink when you have stomach upset. So, do try this drink and share it with your loved ones!

KHAJOOR KA JAL JEERA
INGREDIENTS 
CUMIN SEEDS 2 TBSP
BLACK PEPPER CORN 1 TBSP
SEEDLESS DATES 14 NOS.
ICE CUBES AS REQUIRED
CUMIN & BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
BLACK SALT 1/2 TSP
MINT LEAVES 20 NOS.
CHAAT MASALA 1 TSP
LEMON JUICE 2 TBSP
SALT  1/2 TSP
CHILLED WATER 500 ML
