Italy is bringing members of the international community together for two days of talks on Libya. They'll discuss ways to bring peace to the war-ravaged country. The North African nation has been in the grip of a civil war since 2011. Diplomatic Correspondent Hasan Abdullah is at the conference in Sicily and sums up the conflict.
