Here is a view from water level further down the creek. This is in Carroll Creek Park in downtown Frederick, Maryland. You can verify from this video that, yes, the water is moving. As you can see from the crane in the distance, development continues in the area. The building on the left at the end of the video is a public library, believe it or not. The C. Burr Artz Public Library, to be precise. When's the last time you patronized a waterfront public library?
