The National Assembly's Budget and Appropriations committee has for the better part of the day been holding closed door meetings with stakeholders ahead of tomorrow's debate on the budget proposals made by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Treasury Cabinet Secretary, Henry Rotich, and Chief Justice, David Maraga, are among those who have appeared before the committee and Vincent Oduor now joins us live from the Boma Hotel where the legislators have been meeting.
