A young Dachshund has diarrhoea for 5 days

Sunday Sep 7, 2014. An 11-month old Dachshund has watery stools for the last 5 days. Make a detailed exam of the mouth and abdomen. No stool samples available. Ulcer of hard palate on the right side can be seen in the video. Gingivitis too. Periodontitis Stage 1. Surprisingly, hard palate has a big ulcer. Gingivitis on gums. Intestines full of gas. What is the cause? Dog treats? Probably ingesting some objects or contaminated stuff. Treated and to follow up.
