I was at this hotel for the week (17.04.2018-24.04.2018) and I was very pleased with my holiday! The service was first-rate in the hotel's bars and restaurants as well as on the beach! The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. The team is very friendly and helpful. A solution was found for all my concerns and, thanks to that, I felt like home. the room was beautiful and the anexis was good to live calmly. entertainment is on a level and there is activity’s to do.

Five stars? Really? You've got to be kidding me! 3.5 at most. Crappy service, dull food (even though there is a lot of it), 99% Russian contingent. Just a few highlights...
- Free wi-fi is only in the lobby, for everything else you pay. $3 per day, 20 for 15 days. The wi-fi signal is excellent, but the internet connection itself sucks. You are lucky if you get 5 Mbit/s, but very often the connection dies, your authorization fails and you will need to reconnect, etc. And the best part: once you pay for the internet, they mention matter-of-factly that this is for 2 devices only. Welcome to ultra-all-inclusive!
- Room furniture is old and crappy. We had a chair with a nail sticking out that caused my son to get stung. Took us two days to get it replaced.
- The balcony has no place to hang your clothes for drying.
- Drain stink every now and then.
- Light inside the room is absolutely horrendous. Very dark and pretty much useless. I couldn't even see the keys on my laptop even though I have 20/20 eyesight.
- Hot water disappeared every now and then.
Good things I noticed: great animation, excellent photography, fantastic massage, close to the beach. But that's about it
To summarize, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Not worth the money spent.
