CSX Q417 whines south through Newburgh

While still at the Widow's Crossing at the extreme north end of Newburgh, we see CSX Train Q417, a southbound manifest freight from Selkirk Yard to Pavonia Yard in Camden, New Jersey.  Q417, along with so many other trains, has a very boring wide cab GE engine consist with a pair of whining GE's leading this train.
