DOUBLE cheese Philly cheesesteak | Best cheesesteak recipe

Today i'm making for you, a double cheese philly cheesesteak made using Gouda and American cheese. If you can get provolone then use that in place of the Gouda, but provolone is not easy to come by here in the UK. This recipe will make about 2 maybe 3 philly cheesesteaks, or one huge one if you're a greedy so and so.

Now I don't proclaim to know what the best cheesesteak is, but what I do know is that THIS ONE is the best cheesesteak for me. You may disagree, but hey, you're entitled to have a different view. 

To make my Double cheese philly cheesesteak you will need:

►2 sirloin or ribeye steaks, fat and silverskin removed
►4-6 slices of Gouda cheese
►4-6 slices of American cheese
►1 large green pepper (bell pepper in the states)
►1 large white onion
►2-3 soft white sub rolls
►Salt and pepper
►Oil for cooking
