In France, two teenage boys made a court appearance on Friday - after being suspected of deliberately starting one of the wildfires that devastated swaths of the French Riviera this week. The fires destroyed more than 7,000 hectares of land and led to the evacuation of more than ten thousand locals and tourists. Arson and acts of carelessness are suspected in many areas… but as CGTN's Dan Williams reports - dry conditions are also to blame.
