The stock market has been down over 1300 points in the last two days, with the markets closing up 300 points, investors are still worried about what lies ahead. I go over what happened and talk about what the markets are looking for next week. It seems as if rates and china will come into focus again, however it still is not clear. Nonetheless, as the information comes out and the markets digest the volatility, I am sure, or at least hoping, we get a bounce coming into earnings. This would be the ideal situation, however the drop we have seen in the market has been historical and it has only been a few days so we are not out of the woods yet. Some people thing this could trigger the next recession or a bear market, but even though a lot of stocks and indexes have entered bear market territory, I think this is just a quick bounce of that. I talk about all this so hopefully this helps you guys out and make sure you are careful trading! This is a good market to trade option because of the volatility, but that same reason makes it even more risky. It is easy to get caught over paying for both calls and puts so watch out!
