Lack of peace deal implementation by South Sudan's warring parties is worsening living conditions of South Sudanese. The regional mediated peace deal was signed in August 2015. But with little being implemented on the ground, many South Sudanese now can't afford basic needs such as food. Patrick Oyet reports.
