One man killed, another injured in the German city of Wuppertal

One person has been killed and another injured in yet another knife attack in the German city of Wuppertal . The injured has been taken to the hospital. Police are currently hunting for the suspect. It is believed he is hiding inside a building. It is unclear if the attack is terror-related.
