Held during Memorial Weekend, ROYALTY brought Trinidad and Tobago Soca together with Brooklyn’s Caribbean live-music scene.

The surviving Julianspromos highlights capture Bunji Garlin and Fay-Ann Lyons during an important year for both artists. Bunji was carrying “Differentology,” which would become one of the most internationally recognized Soca records of the decade, while Fay-Ann brought music from her 2013 Carnival season.
