The Bluetooth speaker comes with a 31” inch audio input cable and 31” micro USB charging cable. It measures 9.5” by 2.25” inch square and weighs just under 1 lb. This speaker has a variety of different functions included FM radio, Bluetooth and AUX input connectivity, alarm, handsfree phone operation, microSD card input, and USB charging as a power bank.

There are three rubber feet on the bottom that keep this unit from sliding and the LED panel in the front displays the current function and amount of battery left. The power switch for the unit is on the back. I like that is has a clock when no music is playing, however it's too bad it only displays time in 24 hr format. In addition to the clock it also has an alarm which you can set to either play music from the SD card (if loaded) or simply beep (if no SD card). Setting the clock and alarm was straightforward and easy as was toggling the alarm on and off.

The radio was also surprisingly good, with great reception and good sound quality. You can either browse manually to the wavelength you want, or let the unit scan and save the channels. Although, I didn't find a function that allowed you to save a channel to the presets that you manually scanned to.

There are several ways to connect and input device to these speakers including Bluetooth, audio cable AUX input, and loading MP3s to a microSD card. All of these features worked fine and were easy to access and use. In addition, when connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth, you can answer and make phone calls by pressing the play button and using the built-in omnidirectional mic on the speaker. Call quality was decent and there was little to no delay in the conversation.

Because this unit has a built-in battery, it will work when it is unplugged and you can travel with it as a portable speaker. In addition, if you need to charge up your phone, you can use a USB cable to connect to the USB output port in the back which supposedly outputs 2 A. I did have some trouble getting my phone to recognize the power bank feature, though it charged up some smaller devices fine. IT may be that the output isn't as high as 2 A as stated.

The sound on the speaker is impressive in all modes with high fidelity in the mid and high ranges and decent bass. There are 16 levels of volume and it can get quite loud, although it starts to sound blown out around volume 14. The variety of functions it has is impressive with good quality all around. This unit is truly multifunctional, whether you’re using it as an alarm clock, radio, party speaker, portable speaker or power bank.
