The Embu high court is expected to rule on orders sought by Outgoing Embu Senator Lenny Kivuti seeking protection of ballot papers and results entry forms used in the management of governor elections. He said he had won the seat by more than 453 votes but that the declared votes at the polling centers were not the ones that were entered into the entry forms.
