The 9th March handshake debate has brought forth a new dimension, on whether lieutenants of president Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga, knew before hand about it or were kept in the dark. This is after a revelation by Odinga that neither Deputy President William Ruto nor his running mate and co principal then, Kalonzo Musyoka knew about it.
