Gas, Stephen Bisset, says he also believes the robbers are the same ones who robbed the gas station a month ago. Bisset, who is out of the country, told us via phone that he is disappointed that there was no response from 9-1-1. He says that a neighbor called repeatedly and there could have been a quicker response from the police, preventing the men from being shot.
