In South Africa there is a dire need for qualified teachers. They play a huge role in the growth of all generations. They contribute to the education and in essence sustainable life skills and their contribution to society is great over years in the field. Teachers roles vary amongst different cultures but the fundamentals should all be met including understanding, visualization and application with Numeracy, Literacy and Life skills to name a few. A teacher's role is to educate and to be an example to others. Education is a basic human right. When that right is granted growth and development, the society as a whole is more likely to improve. We explore this much needed career through Samukelo Nkonyeni a highly motivated young man who wants to make a difference in the lives of young South Africans by becoming an educator.
