This was the fourth and final Vision 2010 topping out. In this ceremony, a tree is lifted by crane to the very top of the building, symbolizing that the facility has reached its maximum height. This was a truly great event, giving us the chance to celebrate with hundreds of people --including hospital leaders and maternity program staff, physicians, donors and board members -- all of whom are helping us set a new standard in maternal and newborn care. Also on hand were many of those responsible for the facility's design and construction, including representatives from FKP Architects, Bellows Construction leadership and, of course, more than 400 construction workers who are building this amazing new facility.
