A very rare case of finding a circum-anal tumour in a female dog, let alone finding an early version of the tumour. Most owners come when the tumours are gigantic as they seek treatment when the tumour is large, ulcerated and smelly. A resection margin of 1 cm around the tumour is advised if it is cancerous.
