Chinese Stir Fry Green Peppers & Egg Recipe (Chinese Vegetarian Stir-Fry Recipe)

Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes.

A delicate and nutritious dish for all - not just the vegetarians.

This is a vegetarian dish which is full of flavour and it’s also very nutritious

Ingredients:
3 green pepper, break into bite size
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon garlic
1 spring onion, chopped
2 slices ginger, chopped
Half teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt to taste

Methods:
Heat half of the oil in the wok till smoke
Add the egg to the wok, stir continuously till it appears scrambled. Put the egg into a dish and leave it aside
Heat the other half of the oil in the same wok till smoke
Add the garlic, ginger, spring onion and ground red pepper, fry for few seconds
 Add the green pepper to the wok and stir for few seconds
Drizzle the soy sauce and stir-fry for half of a minute.
Add egg and stir and mix well for further half of a minute
Salt to taste and serve
