I made some ghee last week and posted a few photos.  A lot of you asked about how it's made so I made another batch to make this video of the process.  

Ghee and Clarified Butter are quite similar.   Clarified butter is just butter that has been melted and had the milk solids removed during the process.  Ghee takes that one step further and lets the milk solids brown and add a nutty flavor and aroma to the clarified butter before they are removed.
