Nigeria and China are to maintain high level exchanges as china agrees to assist Nigeria in fighting terrorism and development of critical infrastructure such as railways and power plants.
These are some of the highlights of bilateral talks and agreements sealed by the two countries as President Jonathan received the visiting Chinese premier li kotian at the Presidential villa, Abuja.
