APRIL 22, 2015 TRAPPING SEA LIONS at The BONNEVILLE DAM ***NEW VIDEO CAPTURED BY SLDB OBSERVERS*** ODFW, WDFW, & PSMFS employees trap, hot iron brand the Sea lions who suffer greatly in this process and some actually catch on fire. ODFW claims this does not hurt the animals and SLDB observers claim otherwise. Some animals are released and the other sea lions on the State's "lethal removal" list are loaded onto the death barge and brought above the dam. For the sake of time this whole process has been broken into two videos. This video is part ONE. Salmon are a gift from “Mother Nature” not the State, and she intended sea lions to eat fish and as many as they can catch. They have no other food choice. There are over 100 plus species that rely on this fish for their sustenance and survival. The State should not be able to take this life giving gift away from wildlife, and claim all the fish for their own private sport and profit. This is why we must protect these animals from corporate pillaging and from human greed. “Clemency now for the hungry”!
