LJ van Zyl is South Africa's reigning 400 meters hurdles champion and, despite reaching the twilight of his career, the two-time Olympian has set his sights on more success in 2018.  In what could be the last season for the University of Pretoria athlete, he is hoping to sign off in style and hurdle to one last gold medal.
